Refer your client in just a few clicks and Optimus will support them to arrange a fairly priced RICS-regulated survey for their purchase. You’ll receive £100 for each referral that results in a completed home survey.

How Does It Work?
- Refer Your Client:
Share your client’s details with L&G Surveying Services to initiate the referral. This allows Optimus to connect directly and provide expert guidance. Optimus will keep you informed throughout the process. - Optimus Contacts the Client:
Optimus will reach out to your client to understand their needs and recommend the most suitable survey option for their property. - You Receive a £100 Referral Fee:
Once the survey is completed, you'll receive £100 as a thank-you for your referral. Referrals for specialist surveys are rewarded with £50. If this is your first referral, Optimus will contact you to register your details so payments can be processed smoothly.
