We’ve been talking to brokers up and down the country about our online portal, and what we could do to improve it.
You’ve asked for three things – speed, certainty and ease of use. So that’s exactly what we’re giving you, with a broker portal that’s faster and simpler to use while delivering live, online DIP decisions in seconds.
Once the changes are in place, your online experience with TML will be quicker, clearer and easier than ever. We’re upgrading the whole system, and adding some really useful new features including:
- Additional automatic updates on every application, from DIP to completion
- Upfront request of documents to speed up the whole underwriting process
- An Automated Valuation Model (AVM) that automatically instructs an AVM for applications that meet qualifying criteria*
- Coming soon an opportunity to utilise new functionalist and additional products in the near future
You don’t need to do anything at your end. You’ll continue to use your existing log-in details to access the upgraded platform, and if you do have any problems or questions, we’ll be on hand with help and support through our Hub and live chat functions.
