What we do

We are a specialist lending distributor that offer a whole of market approach in all of our specialist sectors. We can assist you for prime, near prime, light and heavy adverse applications for Residential and BTL cases.

Packaged – You advise (we will provide you an ESIS and evidence of research to enable you to make an informed decision as to whether a second mortgage, further advance, re-mortgage or unsecured loan is the most appropriate recommendation), we package.

Procuration fee details

All procuration fees will be clearly shown prior to any paperwork being issued.

Packaged applications – Broker receives 100% of lender proc fee

Advised applications – Broker receives 50% of lender procuration fee

The procuration fee is normally paid direct to the broker within 2 hours of completion
