TrainSMART should help you to reduce the potential for errors and application re-works, and so improve a customer’s experience with your business through an efficient and professional sales process.

The online test focuses on five key areas:

  • Pre-sale application
  • Point of sale and completing the application
  • Post-sale and maintaining contact
  • Improving client loyalty

TrainSMART is easy to access with a simple log in through a secure online survey platform provided by our external training partner, QA.

There are 50 questions to answer across five modules which take roughly 20 minutes to complete.

Completing the test will credit an hour towards your individual CPD.
