Our Business Quality Awards (BQA’s), now in their 9th year, continue to recognise firms that have shown a proven commitment to putting customers at the heart of their business.        

We have 10 award categories, 7 data categories based on our business performance metrics. 3 that are submission based and judged by our protection leadership team panel. 

We will be announcing the winners at our annual Business Quality Awards ceremony held on the 6th February 2020.
