OLPC Improvements

Agent Hub, in OLPC (Online Protection Connect system) now provides you better case tracking information in a simpler format. The new layout will give you more information in fewer clicks – saving you time when protecting your clients.

  • Simplified Navigation

You said: Our system could be easier to navigate and information easier to find.

We created: A new simplified overview page, which shows the client, product and adviser information all in one location.

  • Easily Accessed Information

You said: You want to be able to find information about an application without having to call us.

We amended: Our system to provide you with more information about the status of your application. This includes an easy to understand view of any evidence outstanding, along with full visibility on paid invoices as well as outstanding requirements to get your client covered.

  • Better clarity of information

You said: You want to see what you need to do to complete an application.

We built: A new layout that provides all the information you need in one place. It tells you if we need more information, decision outcomes, when the CYD is returned and if it’s resulted in a decision change.
