If you’ve already registered for our online services, and currently have a username and password to access our site, you can link your UNIPASS to your Registration by clicking the “Associate Now” button.
What is UNIPASS?
A UNIPASS certificate uniquely identifies you and allows access to our secure services without the need to login with your username and password each time you visit our site. It is like a digital identity card that is used widely across the Financial Services industry.
You can apply for a free UNIPASS certificate from the UNIPASS website. Once your certificate is installed, it will last for a year, and you will be sent a reminder to renew your certificate before it expires.
What are the key things to remember?
- Your certificate will last 12 months.
- If you have a username and password currently, a UNIPASS will super-seed these details once linked.
- You can only access our secure services from the PC or Laptop where your UNIPASS is installed.
- If you your PC or laptop is stolen, or if you change your job, you’ll need to contact UNIPASS.
