The good news is, life insurance is the one protection product that many clients have heard about. So, it’s a useful product to use to introduce the subject of protection, particularly for clients who have a mortgage, have just had a child or want to look after their dependents.
Mortgage protection ranks fourth in the list of top insurance purchases. Well above income protection, but well below contents insurance. We could take that to mean people care more about their smart TV than they do their family. But of course, that’s not really the case.
