The BQA's are coming...

It’s time again to start dreaming of standing on the podium holding an award which your peers in the industry aspire to. Our Business Quality Awards (BQAs) now in their eighth year could give you the opportunity to achieve this recognition.

The BQAs recognise firms that have shown a proven commitment to putting their customers at the heart of their business. We have ten award categories, two of which are judged by a panel based on submissions and eight of which are judged by Legal & General based on the performance of your business.

Submissions for the Outstanding Customer Outcome award open from the 3rd September until the 5th October, so get your thinking caps on, we would welcome your entry!
