Business Quality Awards 2020

Now in its 9th year, we launched the inaugural Business Quality Awards (BQAs) in 2011 to recognise and champion the intermediaries who are putting customers at the heart of their business.

Changes to our awards

To recognise more of the firms improving customer outcomes, this year we’ll be giving away 3 awards for Outstanding Customer Outcome based on firm size:

  • Firms with employees 1-10
  • Firms with employees 11-50
  • Firms with employees 51+

In addition, we’ll also be introducing a new award, Strategic Partner Quality Performance, to recognise a partner who has demonstrated exceptional behaviours, activity, direction and/or performance over the past year. This award will be nominated by our Key Account Managers, who work closely with our partners every day.

Looking forward to 2020

These changes mean that at the 2020 BQA’s we will be recognising 13 intermediaries across 10 categories. 7 category winners will be based on our business performance metrics, derived from our market leading distribution quality management programme. Whilst the remaining 3 will be selected by a panel of Legal & General Insurance judges.

Award winners will be announced at our awards ceremony, 6th February 2020, where you’ll be invited to a celebratory dinner, hear from our CEO and gain insights into what our winners did to achieve these awards. View all of the awards categories here.
