Support Brain Tumour Day. Put your hat on!

Wear A Hat Day is one of the UK’s biggest and most important brain tumour research fundraising and awareness days.

Why we’re supporting Brain Tumour Day

We understand that being diagnosed with a critical illness is devastating. Awareness of the help and information available is crucial, so we’re keen to help brain Tumour Research spread the word about their campaign

Brain tumours kill more children and adults under the age of 40 than any other cancer. Each year, almost 11,700 people are diagnosed with a primary brain tumour, including 500 children and young people – that's 32 people every day*.

How your support helps

Brain Tumour Research is vital in defeating this terrible disease.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                This needs to change, and that’s why the charity is building a network of brilliant researchers and developing the next generation of world-class experts in neuro-oncology.

Supporting families

When you’re seriously unwell, being able to focus on your recovery and not worry about bills is vital.

Critical Illness Cover pays out a lump sum in the event of a valid claim. This could help give those living with the consequences of a specified critical illness some financial breathing space, and covers 31 full payment conditions that pay 100% of the amount of cover, and 2 additional payments that pay 25% of cover up to £25,000 Children’s Critical Illness Cover is included as standard.
