Your mental wellbeing can be affected by a variety of factors and we all respond in different ways.

Stress and periods of low mental health can be caused by a range of reasons, such as suffering a loss of some kind, loneliness or relationship problems, money or work problems.

Mental health support

Mental health, including stress, is one of the biggest causes of long and short term employee absences. We believe by encouraging employers and employees to have more conversations, it’ll  help limit its impact and improve wellbeing. 

In 2017 we launched a campaign called ‘Not A Red Card’ to use the power of sport to help tackle the stigma around mental health and encourage more conversations in the workplace.
