We've been reviewing our processes and will now be updating policies to our latest terms and conditions at each rate review.
This change is intended to streamline communications and make it easier for you to keep your clients updated on policy changes.
Details of any changes will be included within the rate review invitation packs that we issue approximately three months before the rate review date.

Changes to Employment and Support Allowance.
You may be aware that the government is changing the benefits paid for those who are too ill to work.
From 6th April 2017 the method of calculating Employment Support Allowance is changing and, for new claimants, there will no longer be an additional payment in respect of the Work Related Activity Component (WRAC).
