More awards success - Gold Standard Award for Pensions

We are pleased to announce we've won the Incisive Media Gold Standard Award for Pensions. The awards, which are in their eleventh year, are only given to companies that achieve certain standards of financial strength, customer service, value for money, corporate governance and social responsibility.

Incisive Media are the publishers of Workplace Savings & Benefits and other leading financial services magazines. The award was presented to Tony Filbin (Managing Director Workplace Savings) by Jonathan Evans MP in a ceremony at the House of Commons on 27 November.

The selection process involved a 3600-word submission answering thirty questions on risk management, staff training, service quality, product pricing, remuneration policy and other areas.

The chair of the judging panel, Deborah Benn of Incisive Media said, "One of the advantages of the Gold Standard Awards is that such a comprehensive assessment can act as a self-audit of a wide range of processes and procedures adopted by financial services companies to see whether all the dots are indeed joined up. What's more entry is confidential. Those who do not make the standard are not publicly revealed and are briefed on areas they can improve on."

Accepting the award, Tony Filbin said, "After such a rigorous process it's gratifying to receive this accolade which reflects the quality of our organisation and the people who work here. We look forward to maintaining our high standards and retaining the award year on year."
