Third Year Running Investor In Customers

We are delighted to have been awarded an Investor in Customers (IIC) 'Outstanding' rating for the third year running. The award follows an independent survey of both employers, scheme members, our own staff and IIC's own assessment of the quality of our products and services.

The survey assesses each group to tell how well Workplace Savings:

  • Understand their customers' needs
  • Deliver products and services that meet those needs
  • Deliver first class service
  • Engender loyalty in customers and staff

This is the third consecutive year that we've increased our scores received from employers, scheme members and Workplace Savings staff.

Operations Director, Ian Mahoney, commented, "We never stop looking for ways to improve the service we provide to our corporate customers and their advisers because we want to be the best at everything we do. The Investor in Customers process involves exposing our schemes and their members, and our employees to external scrutiny and some quite rigorous analysis. We're delighted to achieve an 'Outstanding' rating once again and will continue to strive for excellence in all things."
