Improvements to our pension benefit statements

We've been listening to feedback from our customers, and as a result have made a number of improvements to our Mastertrust pension benefit statements.

The new, more visually engaging statements have been reduced in length from twelve to four pages to make it simpler for customers to easily find the information they need.

The new statements improve the customer experience by enhancing the content layout and signposting customers to online information. Customers will also have access to additional supporting information within Manage Your Account.

The enhanced pension benefit statements for Mastertrust schemes were introduced in May, and these changes will be rolled out to our trust and contract schemes later this year.
