Jennifer joined LGAH in February 2020 with a clear target to help build a successful Sales Team from scratch and manage the ever growing shared ownership pipeline. Prior to joining LGAH, Jennifer worked in the affordable sector managing transactions for Heylo Housing within both their ‘Do it Yourself’ Shared Ownership model and Homereach product and more recently building a successful sales team from the ground upwards at L&Q, in the recently formed Counties region, launching their first Outright Sales schemes in the Midlands as well as a variety of section 106’s across the Country. Jennifer has extensive experience in sales working within the Prime Central London market for the likes of Berkeley Homes Capital and Knight Frank on their flagship developments.

Everybody is keen to muck in and get their hands dirty on a wide range projects, which became evident throughout lockdown where the majority of the team downed their usual ‘tools’ to increase our upcoming pipeline for 2020 to replace developments which had fallen out of the financial year.
