Chantal Miller has worked in affordable housing for the last 12 years, joining Legal and General Affordable Homes at its inception.  Responsible for establishing the London team, securing new business opportunities and developing a pipeline of high quality, affordable homes and ensuring that where possible the affordable housing element is maximised to create additionality.

Prior to this, she worked at Notting Hill Genesis where she had a proven track record of leading complex pre-contract negotiations and securing new business opportunities through bid opportunities, s106’s and JV’s.
