We're working hard to make sure the effects of COVID-19 cause as little disruption to our contact services as possible.

But to protect our staff and our customers, we may need to reduce some of our services at times.

We're running a reduced phone service at the moment and our lines are only open Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. This means it's taking customers longer than usual to get through to us.

As a result of measures we are taking to protect our employees from the threat of Coronavirus, we’ve reduced the number of staff working from our offices and are limiting these to Key Workers to support essential services only.  As a result our waiting times have increased and some services may not be available.
