COVID-19 update: Retirement income

A message to all our customers – last updated 20th April.

To ensure the safety of our people, we’ve taken the decision to reduce the number of staff working from our offices at any one time and are limiting these to key workers only. Our focus remains on ensuring we continue to support customers with critical payment and bereavement services.

We’re gradually opening more lines although we may occasionally change our opening times so our team can complete other critical services, if the service you require is unavailable you can still email us or complete one of the below forms to let us fulfil your query.
