Mental wellbeing can be affected by a variety of factors and everyone reacts in different ways.
Stress and periods of low mental health can be caused by a range of factors, such as; suffering a loss of some kind, loneliness or relationship problems, money or work problems.
Using sport to encourage more mental health conversations
In 2017 we launched a campaign to use the power of sport to help tackle the stigma around mental health and encourage more conversations in the workplace.
Our NotARedCard website contains information, ideas and support for employees and their colleagues to help them get the conversation started.
