  • FCA registered number
  • Details of your software house
  • Potential volumes of business
  • Details of your operating model

Once you've spoken to our team and we've agreed that your business meets the criteria to set up a broker general insurance agency, you'll need to complete our Broker Application Form (QGI6429)  PDF: 68KB
