That's why we've invested in our claims teams and our claims systems to make sure our customers receive the service they need at their time of need.
Please note that our home insurance is designed to cover certain unforeseen events and doesn't cover everything. It doesn't cover things like general wear and tear or damage that happens gradually over a period of time. There's also an excess on each claim.
We may not be able to offer cover in certain circumstances to new customers who’ve experienced a previous loss or claim.
