Blackhorse Mills, Walthamstow

The £180m scheme, located in Walthamstow, north London offers an uninterrupted view of Europe's urban wetlands and will be open from October 2019

The space has been curated to meet the needs and aspirations of residents and local business

Comprising 479 apartments and a gym, swimming pool, private dining rooms, work spaces and a brewery

Includes 20,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation to help to support small to medium sized start-up businesses

Boxmakers Yard, Bristol

Situated within 300 metres of Temple Meads train station, the scheme benefits from wider investment into the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, one of the largest urban regeneration projects in the UK

It will be the largest city centre BTR development in Bristol,  providing 376 apartments across two buildings

Slate Yard, Salford

Our first scheme opened in 2017 and set a new standard for future BTR projects

The £100m scheme located in Salford, Greater Manchester is situated opposite the Spinningfields legal and financial district

Designed with residents in mind, the scheme provides 225 homes, work from home space and a gym

The Whitmore Collection, Birmingham

Opening in autumn 2019, the £53m scheme is located in the city centre of Birmingham between the established Central Business District and the popular retail and leisure hub of the Jewellery Quarter

The scheme will provide 220 new apartments and townhouses across a range of buildings including a listed warehouse

7,500 sq ft of retail, a new public square, and a dedicated resident’s amenity clubhouse housed in a Victorian warehouse, providing a gym, lounge, private dining and games room, will also be provided
