Opening in autumn 2019, the £53m scheme is located in the city centre of Birmingham between the established Central Business District and the popular retail and leisure hub of the Jewellery Quarter

The scheme will provide 220 new apartments and townhouses across a range of buildings including a listed warehouse

7,500 sq ft of retail, a new public square, and a dedicated resident’s amenity clubhouse housed in a Victorian warehouse, providing a gym, lounge, private dining and games room, will also be provided
