    A full Cat B fit out was completed across three floors of this recently refurbished building, to include furnished meeting rooms, kitchens and informal break out areas. Fibre was installed throughout the building and the floors provided a ‘Plug & Play’ solution.

  • 120 Aldersgate Street, London

    120 Aldersgate Street, London EC1

    This fifth floor office space benefited from a newly installed kitchen and private meeting room facility. Fibre and internet connectivity was installed to facilitate immediate occupation. The lease was agreed on flexible terms with a break option in year two.

    The first floor at Apex, Reading, has been refurbished to provide full plug and play facilities with furnished meeting rooms, fitted kitchen, office furniture and internet connectivity. The second floor has been split into four suites ranging from 1,000 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft and provides full plug and play facilities ready for an occupier to move in and get straight to work.

    The Pinnacle, King Street, Manchester

    The fifth floor of the Pinnacle in Manchester has been finished to include a meeting room, fitted kitchen and office furniture. The building’s high quality reception and location is reflected in the quality of fit out. The building has two fibre providers to allow for speedy connectivity set up. There is also super-fast internet access from the rooftop.
