    A full Cat B fit out was completed across three floors of this recently refurbished building, to include furnished meeting rooms, kitchens and informal break out areas. Fibre was installed throughout the building and the floors provided a ‘Plug & Play’ solution.

    This fifth floor office space benefited from a newly installed kitchen and private meeting room facility. Fibre and internet connectivity was installed to facilitate immediate occupation. The lease was agreed on flexible terms with a break option in year two.
