Home Emergency Cover
If you have an emergency and you have Home Emergency Cover (you can find this in your policy documents, but this cover doesn't apply to tenants), you should call us on 0800 072 4789

Home emergency service provided by AXA Assistance (UK) Limited. Calls may be recorded and monitored.

Claims
You can make a new claim by visiting our dedicated claims page

For existing claims or anything else, please contact us by email using home.claims@landg.com

If you have an existing claim with a supplier or if you have a supplier you are already dealing with, please contact them in the first instance.

Accident Sickness and Unemployment Insurance

You can make a new claim by emaling your policy number and name to ASU.claims@landg.com and one of the team will then get in touch with you.
