What is Lifetime Pet Insurance?

Lifetime pet insurance is our most comprehensive protection you can get for your pet. It provides cover for new conditions or accidents over the course of your pet’s whole lifetime. Vet fees are as covered up to a certain amount, depending on the policy you choose. In contrast to the 12 month policy, Lifetime Pet Insurance will continue to provide cover for any insured conditions your pet may develop so long as the policy is still in force with us.

Understanding Lifetime Pet Insurance

  • Lifetime £2000 and Lifetime £4000 are renewing benefit policies. The total you can claim for each new condition your pet may suffer is £2000 or £4000 unless there’s an additional benefit limit shown for a specific condition. There's no limit to the number of separate conditions that you can claim for.
  • Lifetime £10000 is a renewing benefit policy. The total you can claim for all new conditions your pet may suffer is £10000 unless there’s an additional benefit limit shown for a specific condition. There's no limit to the number of separate conditions that you can claim for until the total financial limit has been reached.

For all Lifetime policies as long as the insurance policy remains in force there’s no time limit on a claim. Your pet can be covered for an on-going condition in future years as long as the insurance policy remains in force with us.
