Our partnership with Girlguiding

Helping girls and young women to be savvy savers

We’ve partnered with Girlguiding, the UK’s largest charity for girls and young women, to support and sponsor their new Saver badge.

Collaborating with Girlguiding, we believe we can arm young women with both the confidence and skills they need to be financially independent and savvy with saving. The badge isn’t just about putting money away – it’s about helping girls and young women save in other ways too. Saving time, resources and energy is just as important. We want girls to be their best selves, take control of their futures and achieve their goals.

“I loved my time as a Brownie and recognise now that the experience really helped me to grow in confidence as I learned new skills. I’m delighted that Legal & General is now sponsoring the new Saver badge, encouraging guides to develop their understanding of money and other resources. We’re really looking forward to developing a long term partnership with Girlguiding and will be announcing additional activities together over coming months, designed to further girls' financial capability and entrepreneurship.”
