Our digital approach is completely
new to housebuilding

We design and manufacture our homes in our 550,000 sq ft factory. Our approach borrows techniques from automotive, manufacturing and aerospace to make precisely engineered homes that we can repeat again and again.

We can almost halve the build time while making sure everything meets the highest quality control standards.

We design and manufacture our homes
in our factory

We assemble our homes in controlled conditions

Our factory can produce around 3,500 per year at its peak. We have quality checkpoints at every stage of the process to make sure our homes conform to our design and building controls. Once our structure is finished, we then insulate it and fit: internal walls and floor coverings, surface finishes, plumbing and sanitary ware, electrical circuits and sockets, kitchen and bathroom units and fittings.

Then we deliver and install
our homes on-site

We crane the homes into position before we connect them to the mains. Then we install roofing, cladding, guttering and drainpipes.

Finishing with the landscaping, drainage and fencing.

The benefits of modular

Because our homes are designed and built off-site, we can consistently deliver on time and without disruption.

We control everything from start to finish. Because our homes are already built when they head to site, you can avoid the late costs that can come with traditional housebuilding.

The way we manufacture means we can almost halve the build time. We understand our homes down to the nut and bolt, so quality is stringent at every stage and every time we build.

Because most of the construction is done in our factory, there’s much less risk of weather getting in the way or deadlines and revenue targets.

Which means additional revenue and better Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and Return on Capital Employed (ROCE). It’s all down to the early start and finish which also means a clearer cashflow.
