Bristol: Bonnington Walk

Carried out in partnership with Bristol City Council and Bristol Housing Festival, our development at Bonnington Walk is part of ongoing long-term investment plans for Lockleaze. It features a mix of 2/3-bedroom houses and 1/2-bedroom apartments, with a focus on bolstering the provision of affordable housing stock for the city.

The scheme is an outcome of two years of collaboration with our strategic partners at Bristol City Council and has seen more than half of all new homes built for council housing and shared ownership occupants.

Selby Portholme Road

Set for completion by the end of 2021, our Selby Portholme Road development in North Yorkshire will serve as a benchmark for all future projects. Delivering a mix of high-quality 2/3-bedroom houses and 1/2-bedroom apartments, it aims to enhance the urban fabric of Selby and is intended as a marker for aspirational living in the area for years to come.

An eco housing development, placing our modular home design principles at its core, the project has been delivered in partnership with the Selby District Council planning team and brings new life to a former derelict site in the heart of the market town. It melds enticing public spaces with high-quality housing to truly meet the needs of the local community.

Crowthorne

  • Mixture of affordable rent and shared ownership properties

Delivered in partnership with not-for-profit housing association Silva Homes, eight properties have been developed using modular housing techniques to supplement the provision of affordable housing in the south Berkshire village of Crowthorne. The development's mix of 2/3-bedroom houses have all been made available as part of affordable rent and shared ownership initiatives.

Individual homes were delivered to the site fully fitted with kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, plumbing and internal decoration. Skilled tradespeople were then employed to apply the finishing touches including cladding, roofing and minimal internal works to deliver high-quality, energy-efficient homes to bolster the local area.
