Talking About Mental Health
It's Not A Red Card Offence
In many sports a Red Card is the ultimate punishment for bad or inappropriate behaviour.
We’re using its symbolism to help lift the mental health taboo and encourage more conversations in the workplace about mental health.
Not A Red Card Forum
In October we held our first ever mental health forum at Twickenham stadium. Over 160 business leaders, mental health advocates and sporting personalities joined together to talk about mental health in the workplace and share ideas on how we can all implement solutions that improve employee mental wellbeing. Watch our highlights video here.
Watch Not A Red Card Episode 3
In episode three of Not A Red Card, TV broadcaster Gabby Logan and former Premier League footballer Robbie Savage give their analysis of a workplace scenario between a worker and his manager.
5 things we learnt about mental health
We had a open and honest conversation about mental health with the stars of our third film, Gabby Logan and Robbie Savage. Find out what we learnt.
