Protect Your Team's Mental Health
It's Not A Red Card Offence
In many sports a Red Card is the ultimate punishment for bad or inappropriate behaviour.
We’re using its symbolism to help lift the mental health taboo and encourage more employers to take action to tackle the stigma surrounding workplace mental health.
Celebrating Mental Health Excellence In The Workplace
The Not A Red Card Awards will celebrate organisations and individuals that have developed and implemented best practices to address mental health in the workplace. Whether it be an HR department set up to welcome the discussion of mental health, a truly innovative programme for preventive care, or an initiative for awareness and education, any business large or small can enter. For more information visit our Awards page.
The Red Report
At our Not A Red Card forum in October, we found 5 key challenges that businesses of all sizes face when creating mentally inclusive working environments. In our Red Report we look at these challenges in more detail and, using learning's from the day, suggest actions that organisations can put in place to overcome these. Download the report here.
Not A Red Card Forum 2017
In October we gathered over 160 business leaders, mental health advocates and sporting personalities to share ideas on how we can all implement solutions that improve employee mental well being. Watch our highlights video here.
