Fahad has a strong personal commitment to making sure that our offer is easy to understand and accessible to all and is keen to represent the voice of our customers. He makes sure that they get fair value and enjoy the right outcomes when they buy one of our savings products, focusing in particular on our personal pension and ISAs.
He supports the design and planning of new product developments, then sees them through delivery and launch. He also looks after them after they’ve launched, keeping an eye on their ongoing suitability and performance. Throughout his work, Fahad looks to ensure that we’re properly following the FCA’s new Consumer Duty regulations.
He’s been with us since August 2022. Before joining us, he spent three years as a consultant with financial services research and insight specialists Curinos. He helped combine client data, specially-commissioned research and general industry knowledge to create actionable insights for organisations ranging from HSBC and the Nationwide Building Society to various fintech startups.
He graduated from the University of Leeds with a BSc in Economics. He lives in London and supports Arsenal. And he’s a keen world traveller, with Japan his favourite recent destination.
