Your right to change your mind.

Save for your future with a Stakeholder pension from Legal & General

After we've accepted your application, we'll send you a notice of your right to cancel. We then give you 30 days to change your mind about starting the plan. If you do change your mind, you need to send the notice back to us at:

Legal & General Assurance Society Limited
City Park
The Droveway

We'll then cancel the plan. If there has been a fall in the investment value of the contract during the period before we received your instructions to cancel the plan, the refund may reflect this.

If you don't take this opportunity to cancel, but decide you want to do so at a later stage, you can't get any money back until you take your benefits.

On this website, we're not seeking to give you advice. It's up to you to decide if this Stakeholder pension is suitable for you. If you're unsure, contact us for more information using the number in the right-hand menu.
