We hope you’ll be planning for a long and healthy retirement.
Government estimates for the UK show that life expectancy for people aged 65 in 2017 will be around 87 for men, and around 89 for women*.

Don't run out of money
With this increased life expectancy, proper retirement planning is critical.
If you have medical conditions and are overweight or smoke, this may effect your life expectancy, so you may be able to get a larger income.
Other providers will view your medical or lifestyle factors differently to us and may be able to offer you more income than we can. Even if you qualify for a larger income with us, we strongly recommend you shop around to find the best deal.
