We provide residential valuations and property risk management for banks and building societies in the UK and Republic of Ireland. We are an established and highly experienced panel manager and have been operating in this sector for over 20 years. We’re regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
We work successfully with many well-known high street banks and building societies and currently provide our services to nine out of the top ten lenders in the UK. In total we are the appointed panel manager for 19 lenders and receive and distribute an additional allocation for ten other clients.
We have developed a strong quality and service led reputation and are now at the forefront of desktop innovation in property risk and valuation panel management. As a Fintech organisation we develop digital solutions to improve customer journeys and your lending and operational efficiency.
