The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into force on 25 May 2018 and will introduce new requirements which the Mastertrust Trustees and Legal & General must comply with. This notice provides an update on activity and addresses a number of points which were raised by the Mastertrust Employer Group. Both the Mastertrust trustees and Legal & General are working closely together to ensure compliance with GDPR.
