Opting out of this investment change

The way your pension is invested is changing.

All your pension savings, and any future contributions, will be invested in the new default investment, the L&G PMC Target Date Fund.

This form should be used if you want to OPT OUT of the change to the new default investment, and wish for your existing retirement savings and future contributions to remain in the current default investment. (The current default investment can be found in the communication we sent to you about this investment change).
