Please complete all the fields below if you'd like to change how you contribute to the Co-op Retirement Savings Plan (The Plan) from NICE Pensions (salary sacrifice) to the traditional payroll deduction method (net pay). It is recommended that you read the information about methods on the Plan website. Please note that NICE Pensions is referred to as 'Simple salary sacrifice' on the salary sacrifice calculator.
