We identified your contributions for September 2018 were not paid to Legal & General on time. Once we discovered the oversight, Argos payroll team took action to pay all contributions as soon as possible and I can report these were paid. 

We have since implemented a more robust process in collaboration with Legal & General and Argos payroll to ensure the error is not repeated. In line with our obligations we have made additional payments from the company to make good any investment loss to your pension policy. We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you.
