A natural evolution, Legal & General has been involved in housing for over 20 years. We work with local authorities, housing associations and developers across the country to deliver affordable new homes every year.

But for us, it is about far more than just houses, it is about providing sustainable new communities and making a real difference to the quality of affordable homes available in the UK.

We’re committed to provide well-managed and high quality homes

Clare and Lisa lived in a private rented flat above a chip (or should we say retail) shop which was damp and not well looked after.

Their new Legal & General home has enabled their children to have more room to play, attend a local school and feel more settled. Claire and Lisa couldn’t be happier with their new home, with provides more security and is cheaper than their previous property.
