Please note, this form should not be used if you wish to cease paying further contributions to the Plan. If you have been a Plan member for more than 30 days and wish to cease all further contributions, please contact grouppensions@experian.com
New Joiners to the Plan: If you wish to opt-out of Plan membership within the first 30 days of being enrolled, you must do this online by visiting WorkSave Choice.
