Opting Out of Salary Sacrifice Form
Please complete the form below if you wish to opt out of salary sacrifice. Opting out means that your pension contributions will no longer be paid on your behalf by EDF with your salary reduced accordingly, but instead you and EDF will contribute separately to myRetirement Plan and you will pay more in both income tax and national insurance.
Please note: If this form is submitted after the 5th of the month, it will not be processed until the following month.
