Your M&S Pension Saving Plan

Your M&S Pension Saving Plan is made up of three contributions/membership levels. The level you join depends on your eligibility. Please read the following and select which level you wish to join.

• Minimum level.
  Available to all reward grades, where you'll contribute 2.7% of your pensionable salary, and your employer will contribute 5.4%
• Foundation level.
  Available to all reward grades, where you'll contribute 3% of your pensionable salary, and your employer will contribute 6%
• Premier level.
  Available to employees who have completed 2 years' plan service or immediately if you are Reward Level WLS, D or above, where you'll contribute 6% of your pensionable salary, and your employer will contribute 12%
