Your confirmation

• I will not make any saving in the amount of National Insurance I pay
• I will not benefit from 50% of the firm's National Insurance saving that I would otherwise receive as a result of my Salary Sacrifice contribution
• I will remain an active member of the Plan
• My pension contributions to the Plan will be deducted from my salary and paid outside Salary Sacrifice (for information on what this means, please visit the Plan website.
