As well as creating some free online courses, in partnership with the Open University, Legal & General also offers a selection of webinars throughout the year on a variety of topics, including understanding pensions, retirement planning, responsible investing and financial wellbeing.

You can register for any upcoming event by clicking on the 'Event link' for the webinars you want to attend. Once a webinar has been delivered, you will be able to use the same link to watch on demand. Clicking on the link will take you through to the ON24 platform, which we're using to deliver these events. You don't need to create a user account. To register for an event, simply add your first and last name, email address and company name. You'll receive a confirmation email containing a meeting invitation that can be added to your calendar, as well as reminders the day before the event and again shortly before it's due to begin. - 'Get to grips with your pension' provides an introduction to pension saving for members under the age of 30 or who have just joined their workplace scheme, and focuses on thinking about your financial future, how pension saving works and investing your pension savings.
- 'Get the most from your pension' is designed to help members over the age of 30 to start building their pension pot. and looks at the cost of retirement, how to make sure you're saving enough and reviewing how your pension savings are invested.
- 'Get planning for retirement' is designed to help members who are more than 10 years away from retirement to start planning for the lifestyle they want, and will look at how to keep track of all your pensions as well as how to make sure your savings are invested in a way that matches your plans.
- 'Get ready for retirement' is designed to help members with less than 10 years to go until retirement to step into retirement with confidence, and will focus on finalising your retirement plans, the different ways you can take your money and where to go for additional guidance and advice.

Retirement planning made easy
The Retirement Planning Made Easy focuses on pensions and retirement. The learning outcomes for this course are to enable individuals to:
- Estimate how much money you'll need in retirement.
- Understand how pensions – including the state pension – work and how much income they will offer in retirement.
- Understand the different options for taking money from pension pots and the pros and cons of each choice.
- Understand the options available should pension income not be enough to match your plans and lifestyle in retirement.
- Understand how events such as divorce and bereavement can impact your retirement finances and learn how to deal with them.
Midlife MOT
Midlife MOT covers broader financial, physical and mental wellbeing considerations. The learning outcomes for this course are to enable individuals to:
- Review your finances, understand how to improve your current position and know what retirement income you'll need.
- Look at your work life and create a plan for any changes you might want to make for the future.
- Assess your personal wellbeing and understand any issues that may need to be addressed.
