New to Mitchells & Butlers or now eligible to join DC Choice?

The Mitchells & Butlers Pension Plan (referred to as DC Choice) is designed to help you save for your future while you work. To help you save, when you contribute to DC Choice so will the Company and you'll also receive tax relief from the Government. DC Choice also provides protection for you and your family if you have to leave work due to ill-health or in the event of your death. DC Choice is looked after by Trustees and managed by Legal & General.

As an existing member you have access to a number of online tools to help with planning for your future.

As a member of DC Choice you have access to 4me – an online planning tool. 4me provides you with a range of interactive tools, short videos and a library to help you understand your options and make those all-important plans for your future.

Manage Your Account is a simple way to keep track of your savings online using your desktop, mobile or tablet.

No longer contributing to DC Choice?

If you've left Mitchells & Butlers or have stopped contributing to DC Choice there are different options available to you. You can get more information in the DC Choice's guide.

Useful Documents

Please complete the Death Benefit Normination form to nominate your beneficiaries and specify who you would wish to receive the savings you have built up in the Plan in the event of your death. The Trustees are not bound by your choice of beneficiary but they will use your completed form as a guide.
