Who we are

We’re not like other mortgage lenders. We are the only UK high street bank with a customer-led Ethical Policy, giving customers a real say in how we do things. Because unlike a lot of businesses, we haven’t just developed an ethical approach, we’ve had one from the very start. Previously called Platform, we’ve worked in the intermediary mortgage market for over 20 years. Everything we do is with broker feedback at the heart of it, designed to help your mortgage applications run smoothly. As well as expert advice whenever you need it, we put a wide range of online broker tools at your disposal. But, for many, it’s our ethical approach that sets us apart.

What we do

We have a range of residential, BTL, HTB (Wales only) and professional mortgage products including interest-only options.

We are the lender with a common sense approach to lending criteria, including career related criteria which always surprises brokers how flexible we actually are.

Our broker teams use a personal approach with the service we offer, and we are also known for having extremely capable and hands-on BDMs.
