Annuity News - update on negative inflation

The RPI figure has fallen since this time last year and RPI inflation is now negative. Legal & General customers with RPI-linked annuities will not see a reduction in their income to reflect this and we will continue to pay RPI-linked annuities at their current level. We will be writing to the relevant customers to tell them this.

This statement does NOT apply to With Profits Pension Annuities.
