Our new OLP Connect automated underwriting emails will help inform you when an underwriting decision has been reached. This email will simply tell you that a decision has been made and includes a link that will take you through to the case details on OLP Connect.
To make the most of this new functionality you’ll need to ensure you have a valid email address in the ‘Agent Profile’ section of OLP Connect.
SAVING YOU TIME
• You’ll still receive the normal decision letter in the post (if you have ticked the ‘offer letter’ box in your correspondence preferences), however, the email will inform you sooner.
• For your joint life cases, you’ll receive a decision email when the first life is underwritten. This is a slight change to the current process where a letter is only sent when the second life is underwritten.
• If your client has applied for several products, you’ll receive a single email alert when the underwriting decision is reached on all products.
• If you want to ‘opt out’ of receiving these automated emails, you can do so via the ‘Agent Profile’ section of OLP Connect.
Our individual protection products will now be quoted using gender-neutral pricing.
